Omg I can’t believe it I’ve just tortoise jogged for 20 minutes without stopping, I can’t actually believe it!!! It was very windy and about 1.5 mins in I thought I don’t think I can do this today, then I decided buck your ideas up and get on with it. I stuck I smile on my face and before long Jo was saying you’ve done 10 minutes, Thought that wasn’t too bad and just kept going!
I’m now feeling full of beans! Have a fab day all x

That is fantastic to hear Twinkle9! I’m a long way behind you but hearing you say it in those terms makes me think there’s hope I can get there too! Fabulous 🙌
Hi Redted2 thank you so much! If I can do it anyone can, I look forward to hearing how you are getting on. Well done you, just remember to smile it really helps xx
Twinkle, twinkle, a great big well done to you! Thinking about the 20 minute run before the run is daunting but you showed your grit and determination, then let your weeks of training take you through it. Today I think was more to do with the brain training than physical side. Again well done and just think it’s week 7 next week. Superb and keep running!
Brilliant. Mine is coming up on Monday. Today's W5R2 was much better than I expected, the first 8 minutes just went by in a flash. I'm quietly confident about W5R3 now. 😁
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊 👍
