Ankle really not happy so have bought a support. More rest and ice and hopefully a gentle outing Sunday. Bit gutted, but there’s always next week 😔

Sorry about your parkrun being postphoned, I thought when I saw the headline that it was the parkrun that I will be at tomorrow, however, as you say you will be at one a week tomorrow. 😊 Rest your ankle and hopefully you can go a gentle run on Sunday or Monday. 😊

Thx. I do love my running so it’s very disappointing. But injuries/wear and tear happens I guess

You're wise to give it a miss if your unsure about your ankle. Parkrun will still be there when you're ready.

Ahh, gutted for ya...isn't it crazy how disappointed we are when we can't run! Hope it's just a blip and repairs quickly ready for the next one 👍

It is, I’m a hefty wench so to think I wouldn’t have the odd ouch would be unrealistic I think! 😳 but .... I is a hefty wench what can run 5k for kicks!!! 😉😂
