I decided to try and run all the way along my local trailway this morning and found myself at the end without too much pain πŸ˜ƒ. Then decided to jog back along the main road thinking I could phone my husband for a lift at any stage !!! I nearly made it home but had to get a lift back for last mile. Anyway I was amazed to see I’d actually done nearly 8km ..... whooooo hoooooo go me! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
