Found my second run so much more enjoyable than the first... but oh the aches now!

Found a really good playlist, which really made a difference!

Guess what? It gets even better.

Not every time though, go and read FAQ POSTS. There is loads of good advice there. Go back to it regularly.

Many folks go too fast!

Great job... big improvement already.

Those aches are your muscles asking “WTF was that?” They’ll get used to it over time... treat the aches as a badge of honour... keep the legs loose, don’t sit for too long, and make them do something tomorrow too.

Enjoy closing the hardest week out with your next run.

Well done.

Make sure you stretch immediately after every run, while muscles are still warm and supple, as described in the guide to the plan.
