First parkrun done. Amazing

Just got back from my first parkrun. Was nervous about going but I shouldn’t have been. What an amazing experience. It felt so good running it considering 9 weeks ago today I started c25k and struggled to do a 60 second run. It was also my first run without Laura or my earphones and it was brilliant!
