And I've actually done 3 runs, though timing wise it should have been 4 - but I allowed myself one day off (because my feet are aching from a very long walk).
I ran to the shops (and around the car park to make it 4k - 36 mins for me right now), I ran a different route and so far, so good.. pace seems a little better, but I'm just not worrying about it - just getting in 30 mins as and when I can.
So yay, it's all going well so far, and thought I should just check in

Don't worry about pace, that will develop. If you read the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it points out that you need to spend most of your running at an easy conversational pace and then push hard for approximately 20-25%.
