Missed 2 run days due to illness, so did the 20 minutes (week5 run3) again this morning and luckily it was fine. Was worried that not having run since last Thursday it would be hard, but as is becoming usual at the moment, the hardest battle is with the heat! On to week 6 this weekend :)

Well done, that's a real milestone in the programme. Onwards and upwards into Week 6! ☺

Good run for you today, 20 minutes is a good run after a short break, a week off is OK, it's not until you have been off running for more than two weeks that getting back could be hard.

Good luck moving forward to W6! Sounds like you’ve got it sorted 👍

Well done... as above you shouldn’t lose fitness in a week off, but if you’ve had a virus then you could be left with less energy as the body still has to fight them a while after symptoms go. Enjoy that week 6... slow and steady into those intervals.
