Few niggles last couple of weeks but made it to week 7. First run done and was amazed to do 25 mins and felt amazing. Have struggled with the last two😔 Any advice appreciated.

You’re doing great. I replied to a similar post earlier. Week 7 has a bit going on under the covers. They’re all 25 minutes of running, but if you look at what running you have done over 7 days all the time, you’ll see that number is still rising... so it’s still challenging, and the runs can feel tougher than we think they should. After graduation you’ll see lots of advice, and if you look around this forum, especially on graduates posts you’ll see reference to the 10% rule for progression. This is based on weekly mileage, not individual runs. What you are feeling is completely normal, and in two more weeks you’ll graduate... the best thing to do then is consolidation... no more increasing runs, and no addition to weekly running either. This is a break from the relentless progression of C25K and a lot of follow on running plans will have weeks of less mileage than the one before. Keep going all the way to the podium... you got this.

Thanks for that. Just been feeling like I could kill Michael Johnson when he says 12.5 mins done 😂.
