The Whole 5K 😓

Well I graduated 2 days ago and for my next run I thought I’d keep going until I did the whole 5K (I’m a shuffler so 30 mins works out at just over 4K). Wow that was tough!

Congratulations on graduating and the 5k. That’s a very decent time too, especially first time. Keep on “shuffling” your time will come down over the coming weeks without too much effort.

Well done and congrats on both counts fellow shuffler : ) my first 5k took me near 48 mins but it is down to 40 mins 45 secs, and I have never done any real speed work apart from a few interval trainings. Just keep plodding and it gradually comes down by itself

That’s a very decent time for a first full 5K! Mine was around 41 minutes which I’ve now got down to 33/34 minutes so I’ve no doubt that in time you’ll be flying! Congratulations on graduating!
