I can hardly believe I’m saying this, but I’VE FINISHED!! Final run done this morning and to say I’m chuffed is an understatement!
Starting C25K is without doubt one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I genuinely cannot believe following this programme has taken me from zero to running for 30 minutes in only a couple of months. What’s more, as someone not naturally prone to exercise, this running malarkey seems to have “stuck” and I feel great.
Thanks to everyone on this forum, the advice helps enormously.
Roll on the next phase of running, whatever that may be...

So....relax now into a couple of weeks consolidation... new routes, shorter runs.. 30 minute runs and the lovely, long slow runs that continue building up the new running legs and stamina and strength... and eventually speed and distance
Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating 🎓 🏃 😊. Just a reminder how to get your graduation badge, leave a message on the July healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊
