Well I finally completed the C25K and am so proud of myself! That takes a lot for my to say about myself! I’ve never been able to run, but have really enjoyed it surprisingly and will be part of my life now for years to come hopefully! Where now, what’s next! πŸ˜€

This forum has been amazing for inspiration and motivation, thankyou x

Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased well done. For the next few weeks just run 3x per week for 30 minutes. After that you can choose to do maybe a 30 minute run a 20 minute run and maybe one a bit longer . It totally up to you πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Well done, it’s a good feeling isn’t it? X

Whoo hoo! πŸŽ†πŸŽ‡πŸŽˆCongratulations Lou! You should be proud of yourself! You're AWESOME! πŸ₯³ You're a graduate! Go get your badge! πŸ†

So what's next? 'Consolidate' that's just getting out there and running 30 minutes x 3 until you feel comfortable... But you're a runner now, and runners can do whatever they want!

Parkrun!... It's a great community, it's free, friendly, and they'll be people there who are doing C25K..Last week I was talking to someone who was on week 6! It's addictive!

You can stay here and offer advice and support to others... you've been there, you've got the badge!

We'd love to have you in the Bridge to 10k forum... we say it's for people who are trying to run 10k but it's for anyone who loves running. It's a great community and we talk about everything... fartlek, cake, intervals, trainers, sports bras, watches, cake, hydration, sweat, recovery, races, music, cake.

So yeah, it's up to you now! The world is yours.. go get it!

Yes there is a park run near to me which I’m thinking of joining! Thankyou. I guess my next aim is to do the 5k in 30 mins or the 5k in one go then work on my timings.

My best time at parkrun is 31:40 but I’ve been chipping away at it my first parkrun 36:57. Your welcome just go enjoy it don’t do what I did and treated it like a race and totally knackered lol πŸ˜‚ have fun πŸ˜‰πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸπŸŽ“πŸ†πŸ…πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating πŸŽ“ πŸƒ 😊. To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message on the July healthunlocked C25K Graduate page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated, onwards and upwards to several consolidation runs of various lengths, the +C25K Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura and then if you wish to run a 10K you can choose several B210K podcasts.

Thankyou, I saw something about Ju Jus plan not sure where that is tho? I’d like an app or podcast where I can still use my playlist if there is such a thing?
