R2 was horrible this week. But today was much better. Even after hubby dragged me to the pub last night and plied me with grapefruit gin, then insisted we needed a curry with a bottle of Mateus (sorry but I drink it for old timeโs sake) then ordered coffee with proper cream and after eights! That 70โs revisit should have finished me for today but it must have done the opposite because I had my best run yet.
Iโve decided my first Park Run, a week today, will be my graduation run too. (Aargh) ๐Hereโs hoping W9 is ok. Happy Weekend all!

Well done and good luck with graduation plan!! Iโm a ParkRun work in progress as bit worried about it. But my lovely friend has done the course with me as you saw and Iโve ordered a funky purple barcode wrist band which means I HAVE to get out and use it. Sure Iโll be good once first one done . Look forward to seeing how yours went. Good luck !!!
Ah, I'm v jealous of the wrist band ๐ But, I have laminated my barcode! I do love a bit of lamination in my life. I'm a bit worried about next week if I'm honest, and sad as hubby is still recovering from a torn calf muscle and poorly knee. We were going to do this together, but, it sounds mean, I'm just going to do it anyway. I can then enjoy (hopefully) repeating some weeks with him.
I'm scared of looking stupid or getting in the way or tripping up a proper runner...
