Today I completed my week 8!! So happy. I actually did today’s run on a treadmill as I have joined my local gym today. I wanted to have the option to run on the treadmill and outside especially as I have been finding myself getting too overheated running outside recently. Really enjoyed the change. I ensured I moved up the incline to mirror outdoor running a bit more.
I am looking forward to doing some more light exercises around my running schedule including doing arm and more leg exercises for strengthening. Think it will help my running in the coming weeks post graduation.
