Well I decided earlier to postpone my run till tomorrow morning due to weather but I saw someoneโs post on here saying they have just completed w8r3 I started getting the itch to go today. So I did!
It was my best run to date. No problems with breathing, didnโt feel like I was waiting for Laura to say half way or anything. The heat was no problem compared to Mondayโs run which was horrible. I think that was because I had my tea an hour before the run and this time I didnโt. Felt so so good when I made it to 28 mins.
Canโt believe Iโve made it to week 9 and my plan is to do a Parkrun next Saturday after I graduate.

I go and do my runs at 4.45am - can cope with it then as itโs only around 17 degrees ๐. Run for 30 min come home and decompress before hitting the shower then work. Thank goodness for air con in the car and work ๐ฅ
Well done, I am taking rehydration drinks after running in this heat - plus I run very early - did 30 mins at 6 am today - if you can do 28 then next week is the final hurdle and you will graduate - enjoy.
