I haven’t a clue what Michael thought he was playing at we just got to the last few seconds of the warm up walk and he started again, then we got to the first couple minutes of running and the app paused

After that my ear bud disconnected because my partner had run on ahead while i was almost jogging on the spot trying to unlock my phone and start things off again.

I have wanted to run along the top of the downs for ages and today my love gave in, he was right though the path was too narrow the ruts too high and the stones too big, so twisted ankles twisted knees but......no one threw up and no one fell over so a real success 😀 and ankles and knees not too bad.

We turned round at the half way point and had been further than any other time on this programme

Friday is another day and we will go back to running on the relatively flat of our park
