Week 4 (week 9 in reality) and I’m shattered and in pain!

After spending a while on week 3 I decided today was the day to step up to week 4. I managed it kinda. I get passed by some walkers I’m so slow but I did it. However I’m now in agony and I don’t know how I’m going to being myself to do it again when it’s made my legs ache so badly! This is so hard but I know I want to do it!

Anything that’s worth doing is hard, and the fact that you WANT to do it means that you can and will.

Hi there, agony doesn't sound good! If you mean actual pain, like an injury I'd take some time off until things improve. If you mean muscular aches and pains then see how you go, maybe take an extra rest day before your next run. It's really hot at the moment so it's really important to stay hydrated. Plenty of water, choose a cooler time of day and slow is good. Good luck 👍
