How much do we drink? I know it depends on weather, exercise, weight etc. I drink about 3litres a day (including mugs of tea (I like my tea😉)

Just curious!

3 litres is great sometimes even more like you say depending on how warm it is and how much exercise you do 😊

Check this out :)

We drink different amounts as we are all different.. enough to maintain good hydration... every single day...and this weather we need to be extra vigilant...:) Also need to watch how much tea and coffee we do drink, as excessive consumption can increase the caffeine, which found in them, can make you produce more urine.

2 to 3 litres is normal for an adult. We all vary. If you're not drinking enough you'll know because your wee will be darker. If you're on target it should be practically colourless.

I probably get through about 2 litres plus tea and coffee! This weather though means I drink 3 litres and just one cuppa in the morning. But I have a pint sized mug and I drink green tea which I’ve learnt to love!
