It's been a while since I've posted on here but thought I'd just check in.

I am still keeping up with my running, trying to get 4 runs in a week, my biggest now is 10 miles. I completed the race for life 10k on July 7th with a very respectable time of 55 mins.

I just wanted to say the C25K was amazing for me, it kept me going, gave me back my love for running and best of all improved my fitness.

Now Im not saying every run is easy because it's not. I've just got back from a 4 mile run that nearly killed me but it helped me to realise that it's OK to have bad runs. It's not going to stop me from going out next time and although it may have felt like a bad run, it was much better than sitting on the couch just thinking about it.

Happy Monday everyone πŸ˜πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

So true, bad runs become different beasts after a while. It is very liberating not to stress about a bad run πŸ˜€. Great time for your 10km, well done, happy running. Rfc x
