So today I went out for week 7 run 3, I went for a short slow run yesterday with a hangover and struggled so went today and ended up going for the 5k. I got a personal best too at 50 mins and 10 seconds. It was absolutely boiling and definitely didnt drink enough water but proud of my progress. Only 6 runs left of c25k. I went for my first run at the end of april so taken longer than the 9 weeks but with work, family and I have been ill a couple of times in that time I've gone when I can. I also repeated a couple of the weeks too, but I think it's taken as long as I need it too. Feeling super proud today just needed to share ๐Ÿ˜

Congratulations, you are now OFFICIALLY a runner (after 6.3), well done, from now on until you graduate keep to the program, run 3 of week 7 is a 25 minute run, you continued for another 25 minutes when you didn't need to, risky for new runners as you could have got a injury, hence from now on keep to the program.

Well done and it doesn't matter how long it takes for you to complete c25k . From now on stick to the plan as you don't won't an injury with over doing it. Good luck with the rest of c25k ๐Ÿ˜Š
