Almost there! Knee pain 🤨

Good afternoon everyone, this is my first post on here although I have read the daily digest everyday since starting , currently at Week 8 run 2 and have , much to my surprise really enjoyed it. The last week or so I’ve had pain in me Knee cap. I haven’t injured it (as in fallen or tripped etc) but it’s so weird as I don’t have pain when jogging it’s just after and when going up and down the stairs. I’ve taken a couple of extra rest days and I’ve just walked my normal route and just had pain again! So my question is, what would help with this? As I really don’t want to have to stop now I’ve come this far , any help or advice would be appreciated , thanks 🙂

If it's pain take a few extra rest days and see how it feels . If it persists maybe consult your doctor or physio 😊

It is a short sharp pain , only when my knee is in a certain position but it’s not once hurt whilst running or walking. I’m wondering wether I need to strengthen my knees with some extra exercises in between 🤔

There is some strength and flex exercises on here somewhere maybe someone else can help
