C25K at Müller Anniversary Games

Anyone else doing this run at the Olympic stadium on Sunday? I graduated a few weeks ago but am yet to achieve the magical 5k. I can run slowly for 35 mins so I’m hoping adrenaline will take me to 5k in 40 minutes. It will be my birthday so added incentive! Looks like it will be a great day of athletics 🏃‍♀️
