5k in 25min 13secs. This doesnt tell the whole story. Had to slow down or stop for prams, grannys and kids. Not to mention the traffic lights. Grrrr. I do believe I would have had a pb if I had just went a different route. Oh well lesson learnt.

You certainly would have had sub 25 minute 5K PB if it hadn't for all those prams, grannies, kids and traffic lights.

I was watching a program about a new parkrun in Strabane N. Ireland last night and was dismayed that Strabane hasn't got any parks, on the other hand Belfast has 7 Saturday morning parkruns to choose from.

Tbh I know nothing about Strabane. My auntie does the water works each week in Belfast. She loves it
