Final run

I have been doing the C25K with a local group and I am due to graduate with the final run on Tuesday evening.

Unfortunately I have only managed to fit in 2 x 30 minute runs this week but have the opportunity to run tomorrow morning. However I know there should be a day of rest between runs. I don’t want to risk injury but I do want to be as ready as possible for the 5k.Any advice please? Thanks.

Personally I wouldn’t run on a rest day even though I know you really want to graduate. A couple of days won’t matter and could save an injury. It’s for the long term really 🙂
