Lovely run this morning and when Jo said time up although I was tired I could have done a bit more but TTP!! Bit disappointed looking at pace... why do I do that?? 8 weeks ago I couldn’t climb stairs without getting out of breath. Now I can run 28 minutes!! Get a ruddy grip Jan 🏃🏻♀️💕🏃🏻♀️🤪 Have great runs today lovely people and don’t overthink it!!

You are doing wonderfully...the longer runs are so perfect for easy, relaxed running...and it is always so good, to have something left...At the end of my HM, my legs were a tad tired but I still had enough left to do a little sprint at the end..and it felt good
Be kinder to yourself, as you say... look how far you have come...you are one awesome rosy runner..( I think of that photo you posted... and have christened you, rosy runner!)
