Well after not been very well yesterday and still not feeling too good this morning I wasn’t planning on running today but really wanted to.

So I started my run and after 30 seconds I had a stitch which I’ve never had before and I’m in my head I was thinking I’ll have to leave it but just carry on for a minute, but then when Laura said I’d done 12.5 minutes and I was half way I just kept ploughing on and how I managed 25 mins I don’t know. Feel good now But I can’t understand where the stitch came from? I’ve not eaten that much in the last 24 hours but I can’t see that been the cause. Anyway I’ve done it and feel great!

The stitch may have developed for a couple of reasons:

A) you need to slow your pace

And

B) keep taking some deep breathes. As you progress your body will be needed more oxygen.

Slow down and deep breaths. You are doing well. 🏃‍♀️
