WK1 Run 2 completed last night, slightly quicker than the first run but got to learn not to go to quick. Feel good today though no aches and pains

well done!
you're right, it's not a race, no need to go too quick, just find a pace that you can sustain

As backintime says, it's not a race, while some find it ok to go quicker on some of the earlier weeks set yourself a sustainable pace that you can stick to for some of the longer runs.
Don't go either causing yourself an injury or disappointing yourself if you can't maintain the early pace in later weeks.
