Wow🎊 wow 🎊wow 🎊wow, can’t believe it I’ve actually completed and graduated from the program, took 35 mins to complete the 5k in the end. It’s been such a good journey and took me to places deep in my mind, this added with a positive mental attitude and better food choices.. these runs have helped me lose over 9st this year 💪🏾.. can’t promote this program enough to any and everyone. Will continue to use the app and build on this to 10k by the end of the year. The group is a great support and thank you for the support and guidance from all.. keep running all 🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️
