Wow just finished my final week 9 run and didn’t want to stop. I am so happy I have never liked running and never dreamed that I would see the program to the end but I have.

Thank you for all your good wishes and advice /support on the way fellow runners. I am definitely keeping up with the running loving it now . The program really does work I am loving life 😃
