Theres a few pinned posts on here which give great advice and guidance on next steps. So I'd definitely recommend reading them.
I'd say just consolidate for a while and enjoy it. Then after there's lots u can do. Ju-jus magic 10 is great and lots of us have followed this. Have fun 👍
Nearly there, so relax and cruise your way to that podium... then... well! So much choice.. check out the FAQ post and the link for What Next?
Stick around here for a while and make sure you have least a couple of weeks of consolidation, which is the name of the game... lots of runs... mix them up 30 minutes.. shorter runs..new routes etc and the lovely longer runs that build everything up...
Then, maybe the C25K+ podcasts and then...if you fancy it... head to Bridge to 10K
Thank you oldfloss, I’ll check these all out and definitely stick to a good few weeks consolidation. I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right as I am taking this seriously (and enjoying it!)
