Hi all, just did W7R3. To mix things up a bit, I did my usual route, but in reverse (with me running forward!) 😆 With the warm up / cool down walks, I managed just over 4K, which is amazing, considering where I was just a few weeks ago. Saturday, I'll be doing my first ever Parkrun. Not hoping for any time in particular, just want to finish and have the experience 👍

Well done you and Parkrun will be great for Week 8 just be sure to warm up first or you could walk the first five minutes of the course as your warm up. What's your local course like? Mine has a Café and you get 10% off if you show your barcode - worth knowing! Good luck and let us know how it goes. ☺
Thanks. I will be sure to warm up first! Not done the run yet, so not sure? It's the Panshanger Park one. No Café, but a van turns up each week selling tea&coffee etc. I'll be sure to post how it went. Like I say, finishing is my only goal right now 😀
A park run is on my To Do list when I get a bit further on in the programme. Well done you - how exciting to be even thinking of a park run, let alone doing one! 👟🎉
