2 days ago while I was stepping down a staircase I felt something pulling my hamstring of my left kalf. I didn't do something for that and the next day (yesterday) I run the 2nd run of week 9 with a slower pace than the first time (thanks to the advice of my friend Oldfloss). But this small annoyance is still there and a little bit stronger. What should I do besides many many stretches?
1. Take 2 days break before running my so anticipated final run of the C25K?
2. Go for a 3-4 km walk tomorrow ?
3. Do some rounds of easy walking-running ?
4. Something else or a combination?
Thanks

Morning... it might be worth getting it checked out by a Sports Physio.. the trouble is , when we don't know what ails us, we may be doing the wrong thing.. even when we think that by exercising or whatever, we are doing the right thing..
I know after my last injury, I had to see my Physio and that really helped with my recovery...
