After breaking my ankle last spring and being told in November I am pre diabetic I decided to change my life around. I started Couch to 5K and went to the end with no problem whatsoever. Laura made it easy. I then hurt my foot again but no breakage. Got it healed and started again. I am now on Wk. 7 and loving it. I intend to go onto Couch to 25K when completed . Thank you so much for this.

Great job! I broke a toe and had a similar need to get fit. Only two more runs to do now :) Keep up the good work.
