I have tried c25k several times before and never got past week 3. Today I did w4r2 and smashed it. Feeling so proud of myself...
Have suffered with chronic depression for most of my life...I'm 46 and used to do a lot of exercise... running..skiing (ex British junior) and cycling when younger... but after today's feel soooooo proud of what i have achieved. Not felt this good about anything for decades. Thanks c25k!!!
