It is great that you are enjoying c25k and the app.

If you have completed all the sections in week 4 you are definitely ready to move into week 5. Don't feel apprehensive. All the runs you have done so far have prepared you for this week. It may feel like a big step up, but it is a natural progression and the final run of the week is brilliant. You will get a real buzz when you complete it. (The final run of week 5 is actually the shortest run of the week!). Trust in the plan, and yourself. You can do this!

You think?? Not as big a step as Week 4 was - that's the hard bit out of the way!

I am in a group of 8 and we ran week 1 five times until we were all happy to move on to week 2. We now have now all agreed that no matter how much we think we struggle with a week, that we are going to move on to the next week regardless. If any of us genuinely cannot do it, we will repeat it and then if it is still an issue, we are going back to the last successfully completed run and go forward again. We have only just started week 3 but that's our plan. I hope that helps.
