I've just completed week 1 & I like running as I feel good afterwards. But the app volume is very quiet & the music I play on Spotify is very loud in comparison, so I have to have full volume to be able to hear the trainer, then have the music very loud. It doesn't matter if I use wireless or wired headphones. Does anyone have any ideas please?

I use the podcasts, that way the volume is ok and, while I may not like the music being played I know I can't change it so it doesn't bother me.

I haven’t had that problem - I use the app with my own playlists with music from iTunes & the sound balances fine. Check the app settings - mine says something about “higher quality audio” being installed. Failing that, might it be worth trying reloading the app??Hopefully someone more technical than me will come along soon. 😃
Just done first run today. Downloaded higher quality voice and listened with Deezer, still have problem with quite voice commands . There could be in app volume control.
I had tech issues on my 1st run music was fine but no one was telling me what to do unless I kept screen on, anywhoo trying to sort it out I tried different voices and had different tech issues with each voice! Sarah wouldnt talk to me, Jo would talk but music volume wouldn't lower so I had no idea what's she was saying one of the guys spoke and turned my music off totally so I got to Michael and it worked, need to do a run test on him in the morning as I then had Amazon music issues too lol
But it might be worth trying a different voices and see if anything changes!
