Completed run 3 week 3 last night. Up until now I’ve felt well with no aches or pains. Well last night felt aches and a bit rough and again felt same today on my rest day. Not sure whether it’s heat or maybe not enough water. Anyway want to start week 4 tomorrow but maybe I need to rest days.

Well done, yes take an extra rest day if you need it and you should drink lots of water 7 days a week. 😊
Me too! Session 3 in the bag before work this morning so drinking lots of water to help recover. Rest day tomorrow and then on to week 4!!
