Another week completed, really enjoying it so far. Having never run before I’m amazed how far I’m running and am even strangely looking forward to the 20 minute run next week to see how I cope!
I am finding the first 3 minute run the hardest - do I need to warm up more, or is it just something you have to run through?

Well done on completing wk4. The first 5 to ten minutes of running is the hardest as your body is adjusting from walking to running , just go slow and push through 😊
