I’ve been running a year and it still feels a little strange to be enjoying it... but recently I did a “fun run” and I actually got how the two words could sit next to each other 🤣

Enjoy that next run just as much... the last interval run on the plan... you got this.

It's great isn't it...even when sometimes it's not fun while you're doing it you still feel pretty darn good after! 😁
