I never thought these words would come out my mouth ever. But I am looking forward to w6 r1 tonight. I think I am sti on a high from doing w5r3 on Weds and not stopping.

It's great that you'rz enjoying it.

The move back to intervals seems to catch some people out, so remember to keep it slow and steady

Relax into the runs now...just remember, all runs are different and that you just keep it slow and steady as you move on.. ( well done).
