Consolidation period, C25K+ & Ju-Ju's magic plan

In the consolidation period should I train myself with the C25K+ podcasts (only?) or it's better to repeat week 9 three or four times and then do the C25K+ ? In this case when I should start the magic plan?

Consolidation is a time for just relaxing into run and not increasing distance or actively pushing pace... its best to just do 30 minute runs until they become comfortable/easy and this is when it’s best to do C25K+ and/or Bridge to 10k.

30 minute runs..short runs..new routes and maybe a long slow run.. couple 9f weeks of that and then maybe try the+ podcasts.. Don't try them too soon.. folk do and miss the whole point..They are challenging as well as really useful.

Plenty of time to give the new running muscles chance to build..and your stamina and strength..
