Only 1 more run until graduation. Still no way near 5k but what the heck I ran for 30 minutes again. How amazing is that in only 9 weeks? Literally cannot believe the progress that has been made over the last 9 weeks. Wk 1 was a massive struggle both physically and mentally. The early weeks were harder than the later ones and I prefer the longer ones as it takes me a while to get into it. For those starting out - you can do this. If I can than anyone can.
Looking forward to my graduation run on Friday all being well

You are an inspiration, you can do it. Just starting here but ig you compare myself to you now, you'll see that any and all effort you have made has already paid off.
Good luck, I'll remember this as I tacke W1R1, it will boost me
Good luck for your final run. I too am hoping to have my graduation run on Friday. We have got this. Itโs amazing to think I struggled with 60s in week 1!
Congratulations! Iโve just delayed my W9R2 because I wasnโt feeling 100% yesterday, so Iโm off to do mine this evening instead. Seems strange to think how quickly the time has gone.
Looking forward to your graduation post. ๐ Hope your run has been great. The programme works for sure. Happy running. ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
Heading out later for a run too, itโs drizzly but on W9R2 needs must. ๐
