Morning everyone.

New to this being doing c25 for 7 weeks now and doing w5 r3 really nervous about running for 20 mins.

I am doing it on my treadmill and trying to keep my weight off that I have lost 8 stone in total. Loving it up to now and feel determined to completed it and more

Well done you, no need to worry you've done all the practice up until now . You can do this and well done on your weight loss 😊😊

Wow! Losing 8 stone is incredible - well done you! Don’t worry about running for 20 minutes, the programme has prepared you for it. If 20 sounds too much break it down into easy chunks - 5 minutes is much better so just do 4 lots of that or 2 lots of 10. You’ll be fine!

Welcome. Congratulations on the weightloss. If you can lose 8 stones in a world geared around selling us food that will prevent that, then you can certainly do this. Great job so far. Last run you did 8 run 5 brisk walk and 8 run for 21 minutes of cardio... next run is 20 minutes of cardio... your body won’t really feel the difference... this 20 minute run is all about the mind. Start off deliberately slower than usual and ease into it... by halfway you should be in your zone and running around your usual pace if feeling comfortable to do so, if not keep it slow. You may have to grit your teeth a little and push yourself in to the end... coach yourself... tell yourself out loud that you can do this. Have a wonderful run.
