Hi. Newbie here. Done wk1 day1 of couch 2 5k. I am very overweight and have fibromyalgia and severe hypermobility. Fingers crossed I can complete the program!

Welcome... you can do this. As I understand hyper mobility, strengthening work on all muscles around affected joints helps to pull the ligaments more and increase stability. Have a look at strength and flex... though you’ll want to do less of the flex bits. The plan is a great place to start and fits around C25K on the non running days nicely.
