So after Saturday’s dodgy 25mins due to the heat, today was a different ball game. Not the fastest but back up to 30mins. In fact 4K in 31.27. Hopefully will improve on that this week as the weather is a little cooler. Happy running this week all my VRB’s and don’t forget.....never beat yourself up if you go slower, shorter distances, stop for a little walk etc etc. Your pace and your runs are exactly that “YOURS”. I see so many people try to compete with others and get disheartened when they don’t achieve. We are all different, but remember, you are always achieving because being out there is better than being sat at home. 😘🙌🏃♀️🌤

Glad you had a good one today. And really wise words too. We're all doing a million times better than if we were on the couch. Not every run is going to feel amazing but every run is doing amazing things for us.
