A very positive Monday! Knee pain gone after 2 weeks of slowing down, stretching and longer gaps between runs. Yay! Celebrated by doing w4r3 on sunny Redcar beach. Bring on week 5!

Hi Tasha, did that run last week, didn't notice the sound for when to turn back and had a 15 minute warm down walk 😜. The beach was great, went at low tide and the sand was nice and firm below the high-tide mark with just enough give in it.
Park up by the Talpore if you’re going at night as the gate closes early for the car park by the White water centre. You can run to the wobbly bridge Stockton and even down to Newport bridge (less pretty) and over it. The whole lot is a 10k loop but easy enough to shorten.
