Just done R1 in W5 this morning and managed it OK. I'm on a high from doing it. It's a mile stone as the last time I did this program I stopped short at W5 so the WP will have to take over big time now. But thank you to Lemondoodle and MissWobble for the encouraging words. Slow is better than not going at all. I'm going to try some dynamic stretches as a warm up next time. Anything to get over the W5 hurdle. Happy jogging everyone! x

Congratulations! Me too, same run, same day. I started back in September but had to stop for a while due to illness. Friday and R3 looms - I'm excited! All the best for this week
