Well, I had planned to complete week 6 on Friday but I thought it would be a good idea to go for a 10k hike on Thursday evening. It was a good idea right up to the point I twisted my ankle! After a few days rest I thought I'd get back on the treadmill this morning. Can't believe I just ran for 25 minutes! It wasn't easy but I suppose its not meant to be. On the the last minute Laura said that, if you can, up the pace to finish... I think I said "yeah, that ain't happening" a little louder than I thought as it turned a few heads in the gym in my direction! Lol
