Rewind!!

I’ve been away from C25k for a couple of weeks due to having cellulitis. Today I knew I had to get back on it and took the decision to rewind a couple of weeks to W6R1. I managed it. Yes the legs felt a bit heavy and the breathing was a bit laboured but I was able to run 😀. Knowing I have run for longer in the past helped me to keep going. The big issue was the mental attitude thinking I was failing because I’m taking longer than 9 weeks. However, thanks to this forum, I know everyone’s journey is different with curves, hills and bends on the roads, so I pushed through and determined to keep going whatever circumstances come my way. It feels good to be back 🏃‍♀️
