Started a new Nike run programe. Enjoyed the last one and gives me different bits to do. Was meant to do 2.5k easy effort. Started of easy and I worked myself into it. Really enjoyed it and I was on fire up a hill. Really could feel the power in my legs.

Sounds like you had a great run. And even enjoying the uphill section, brilliant stuff!
Nice! It will let you get away with the odd extra 5k, but will start to tell you off if you do too much. As your run history is logged there it will go easy on you early I think!!
Which plan are you on?
Just done the get fitter in 8 weeks. Put in only can run 2-3 times a week. Next up it strength work out which is great as I'm at pt for leg day tomorrow night. Can't wait😁. Then I have 15min Bench mark and a 6k run. Starting a new part time job tomorrow which may involve a couple long days, so gym work may have to be cut a wee bit till I get into swing of things. Just do 3 gym session but make them count. Running wise I can stop any where on way home and do a run.
