Can anyone help, if been running for 5 ish months, 2 x 5k runs plus a longer run (currently up to 7.5k) a week. Just recently I’ve been getting a numbness in my left foot it normally starts after about 25 minutes. I’ve not changed footwear I just can’t understand what’s causing it.

With the recent heat your feet could be swelling a bit so even though you haven't changed anything your shoes could still be tighter. I second the shoelace suggestion : )
I had this! It was down to my foot swelling and running shoe tied too tight! I actually went and brought bigger size running shoes but before that you can just loosen your laces. Also ensure you are hydrated so the blood keeps pumping and pumping around your body.
